My mood essentially depends on how I look before I go out

Try to break it piece by piece into smaller steps get some note books to plan your ascension make some goals set in stone . Smart goals they’re called or whatever. Basically gather all the information you can, try what you think works, if it doesn’t rinse and repeat. Trial and error what works best for you
