I took Accutane for 5 months.
My acne disappeared for good in like 6 weeks (unless I ate things that would give me acne, and even then it either did nothing or was trivial)

It makes you much more immune to acne, almost invincible... and if you do get it, it's trivially small.
And I was someone who easily contracted acne before treatment

If you took it for 6 months, and permanently did keto/paleo, and used tretinoin, you'd never have acne again of any form unless you put coconut oil or something highly comedogenic on your face.

i really want to, my moms setting up a derm appointment and im going to really push them to give me it. i feel like it would give me so much more confidence cause acne is the biggest flaw on my face everything else is somewhat ideal

Tell them you don't want to take antibiotics and topical treatments that you've tried with a GP haven't worked for you.

i already tried that (deoxycyclin, tret, panoxyl, salacylic acid, oral vit c and fish oil, other oral shit) so it would be the truth, i really feel like accutane is my last hope

Also, my doctor recommended that you take the full course because even despite it curing acne quickly (via shrinking and deactivating sebum production), it needs time to properly "seal the deal", meaning if I stopped after 6 weeks, I would rebound to something like 80% my pre-treatment baseline. So you need the 5/6 month course to make sure you permanently and maximally change your sebum cells.

I haven't had a major acne issue since Accutane, NEVER (it's been almost 5 months now)

Supplements do nish.
Antibiotics are dog shit.
Topical treatments aren't nearly as efficacious as isotretinoin.
It will absolutely work. Do not settle for any alternative. Your Derm serves you at EOD.

Ignore them.
Normies are retarded.
Even some 'blackpillers' are retarded when it comes to this, probably most if we're honest.
Take isotretinoin and don't look back. I perma-dose it now.

My experience with acne, after trying a bunch of skincare products...

Accutane (6-months, take it for 12-months even, if possible), Tretinoin + Clindamycin (forever after treatment), Keto/Paleo (forever)

Do that and you'll never get acne again, everything else is either cope or not effective enough.
