Anyone here have a late growth spurt? What symptoms did you have? Any growing pains in body, hunger, mood changes? I am 25 and wondering if I am getting a late growth spurt. I have been getting these really itchy feelings all over my body except the face not covered by beard and my groin. When I walk around or sit its not that bad. But when it is time for me to lay down my body goes haywire and mainly my feet, arms, legs get mad.

I think I grew a little over the weekend and people were looking at me weird at work. Im wondering I got late growth spurt. Also I was craving yogurt and milk out of nowhere.

If the last time you grew an inch was more than 2 years ago there is essentially no chance, I grew several inches after highschool but there was never a substantial pause from my initial growth spurt to now.

And I'm pretty sure I have hormone deficiencies. I've been beating my meat everyday since I've been 12. I eat next to nothing everyday and played video games 8+ hours a day since I was 6. I am lactose intolerant and haven't really got alot of calcium growing up. I got bad shin splints and lower back pain in high school. Been a size 9 1/2 since highschool at 5 10' and people shorter than me have bigger feet. I got arthritis like symptoms in all my bones a few years ago.


My eyelashes and back are growing forevermore probably due to the height growth drugs I took.
