i got retinoin and peroxide benzyole how should i proceed the treatment ? (the doctor told me to apply retinoin one night and not the next night, and peroxide benzyole everynight, for 3 months) is that good? and is sunscreen important because I cleanse when i wake up in the morning and my mom tells me that if i dont do sunscreen i will get some spots lol

we have a similar routine, im using benzoyl perixide and tret as well. Your doctors plan sounds solid, what retinoid are u using? Ive been using tret for 2 years and sungazing everday with no irratation. Firmly believe sunscreen is unnecessary, if it dosnt break you out tho (which it does me) you can use sunscreen as well. was your question just making sure your doctors plan was ok?

Yes im familiar with tetracycline. I was on doxycycline, which is fairly similiar to it. I dont think tetracycline is a retinoid tho? Correct me if im wrong
