Yes, I used it on there aswell even though my hairline is fine and now it looks very straight .

It works everywhere, but only grows permanent hair on the beard and that too only for some people. Others will have to keep applying their entire life to maintain gains. I dont know about whether eyebrow hairs stay permanent or not

I use a q tip to apply the minoxidil on my brows, I’ve used half a bottle worth over 3 months and seen great results.
I still have 2 bottles to go, I think 20 dollars worth of minoxidil for brows can last 2 years.

Does Minox have ability to increase thickness of individual hairs? I don’t have less hairs than I used to (I think) but my hair texture is much finer and I hate the feel of it now.
