Not sure if post soviet countries have positive replacement rate but yes western capitalism takes a toll on birth rates.

Cuba is state capitalist and a singular nation, socialism can't be achieved in 1 nation and it cannot even be good at state capitalism cause it is being embargoed by the United States.heavily damaging it's economy,That is why people are leaving.

Russia has vastly more resources than cuba+ while the whole world (by proxy) is embargoed to Cuba because the embargo prevents any ships that dock in Cuba from docking in the US and no one wants that huge loss,While Russia is only embargoed by the West (not even really because they just trade through third parties)

Billonaires are not just assholes that happen to be rich. At the start they take risks, they make big decisions. No company thrives just because it has skilled workers. It's guys at the top that take the shots.

And some of them inheriting it doesn't change the fact that it's still their money. It's the way it is. No entrepruener starts a company without the thought of jumping social classes. They dont shed blood, sweat and tears to hand it out to some random bozo. They do it to hand it out to their descendants.
