I used to gymcel HARD 2 years ago but got bored and stopped.


I increased my weight by 12kilos in ~year and a half I trained, and thats mainly bc of the protein powder, so they are worth it.


As for what they taste like - it depends. I had an infinite amount bc my mom is a vegeterian so she buys those gym proteins a lot, and she allowed me to take some too.


There are the ones that have no flavour at all, they taste like any other powder. Mixed with water, they literally taste like a bread lmao. Later down the line she started buying the ones with chocolate for me and those were nice when turned into shake

They taste fine depending on the brand. I forgot which brand I used as I stopped drinking them when I realised getting protein from a source like meat was better.
