Anyone who went to a chiropractor or physical therapist to get their posture fixed

How long did it take to fix it, I've severe anterior pelvic tilt and kyphosis which are both assymetrical. Can they really help fix that or surgery is the only option ?

anterior pelvic tilt is lack of abdominal and gluteus muscles, i don't know about kyphosis but i wouldn't trust chiropractor with that.
