Does anyone here have any experience with hgh frag? If so how long did it take for it to take effect and how effective was it. I am around 12% bf and I can only get visible hollows at 9.5% due to my subhuman bone structure. I already workout a decent amount with a mostly keto diet so im not a fatass.
