Anyone without acne tried microdosing accutane long term at the hollywood dosage?

Never done accutane just been using topical adapelene for a year or so, but wondering if the microdosing shit is actually a good replacement?

Hard to find before and afters from people that exclusively microdosed without any acne or previous isotretinoin usage

Like 20-30mg split throughout the week would be the idea i believe

i eat pretty healthy, i dont get acne really outside of a few pimples when i slack with my diet. this is moreso just for optimization

10-20mg long term is safe and tolerated. i do a bit of a higher dose atm

might try it out. i imagine you dont use any other actives or topical retinoids with this correct tho? just light cleanser, good moisturiser and spf?

I took 10mg and still got that

There's 0 sebum production regardless of dose
