had it for a month and a half rn not the worse... i overexpand it if im being honest in Copes itll widen my jaw, works decent not really enough for me to push through the pressure pain and potential teeth gaps

Not exactly, I think widening the jaw is obvious, it should happen if the palate is being widened.

However, if you still have your before and after pictures (mouth closed), it would be helpful too.

I’m pretty sure there’s tons of MSE before and after results online front and side profile. But I guess the more people’s before and after palate expansion results you look at the better

I searched alot but I couldn't find good ones, on google they've usually posted pics of the palate itself or the teeth and not the face pics and where the face pics have been posted, they either look AI or are just not credible enough.

Yes I agree. For example, jaw hacks jaw somehow became more narrow after mse but the reality is is that he probably stopped hardcore chewing or clenching, he maybe even got masseter Botox not entirely sure though but MSE cannot make your jaw more narrow obviously

As for nose, I'm not aware.

I do not think that it makes an effect on lip width.

Yeah exactly. Hence why I'm asking people here to provide me with results so I can continue my research properly. Youtubers and other google pics are just not credible enough
