It's a naturally derived antioxidants found in your body . This and a vitamin c infusion is administered through a iv drip in a clinic this is not a skin cream. So yeah some people use it as a skin detox , others use it for bleaching as it shuts down melanin in the body.

Some people get side effects this is what you got to research .

I plan on getting this after my surgeries, I was almost white as a kid. This brings your skin colour back to how it was when you were a kid I read somewhere.

My face and arms are 3-4 shades darker than my torso, so I am removing the permatan off them atm by doing (1) weekly 40% LA peels, (2) using IKB (arbutin) gel, and (3) weekly dead sea salt baths. Try this first (exfoliation phase) and then switch to HQ after 2 months.

Does the permatan shit work? My torso and shit is really white but my face and arms are Hella dark. What's the real name of those shits you are using? Is it any different to using an exfoliating scrub in the shower??

It does work and it should be the first thing you do if you want to lighten your skin. A lot of people just put HQ on their face/arms/legs, when those parts are much darker than their natural skin tone (scalp, chest, inner thighs). It's much easier to first to do an exfoliation phase to remove the permatan (or most of it) and then have lighteners like HQ work much more effectively afterwards.

You can get any LA peel on amazon. I got an 88% solution and just diluted it as necessary.

And yea, the exfoliating scrub isn't that effective by itself. Ideally, you want to combine both physical and chemical methods of exfoliation.
