Tbh nothing will. Ghk is quite useless. Estradiol will give you better collagen but also a softer look. Sunscreen just protects from future damage. Skincare somewhat helps.
Look into Korean fat grafting, and makeup

Im sure theres some progress or success stories on reverse aging/looking younger on here no? Aestheticswaiting managed to look younger in his 30s than his 20s.

Basically they just put fat in the cheeks.temples etc to give a more youthful softer look, many ffs surgeons have this option aswell

Very informative thank you. The results are very good. Probably the best approach tbh instead of coping with a bunch of different methods and its better than fillers too if fat grafting is mostly permanent. Ill add it to the list
