Of course implants can give you anterior projection, mine did. They probably have to be custom though

I asked Eppley if there’s a way to make my cheekbones higher, more angular, and more forward grown (and I told him I want no lateral projection as my bizygomatic width is already 97-98th percentile). He told me that my cheekbones are far too wide in the zygomatic arch area for him to be able to do any serious work via custom cheekbone implants. I sent him several pictures such as these

yes. I’m gonna get a vertical bony genioplasty first for some vertical augmentation of the chin. Like 8mm or so of vertical augmentation. Then 4-6 months later I’ll get a custom wraparound jaw implant: for (1) more vertical augmentation of the chin like 4-6mm more, (2) a wider and squarer chin, and (3) a slightly higher bigonial width.
