The best aesthetics will always be a waist ratio greater than the hip/iliac crest. However, there is something to do if you have prominent hips, which will greatly improve your appearance is to expose your apollo belt.

Now look at these guys:

They can train their obliques as much as they want, they will only have a wider, squarer waist and will never have aesthetics.

Now these ones, despite having wide hips, have a good Apollo belt:

Also note that even though they are swimmers, they do not have very hypertrophied deltoids, they only have width in the clavicle and scapula. Imagine if they trained for this? In addition to training legs and calves, of course.

Now, finally, to get them you must do this exercise: (It is located at minute 5:40)

Exercise video, I recommend watching it in full.

Now, I recommend you do it every day, with at least 3 sets and 20 repetitions, each side.
If possible, up to 2 times a day.

Lastly, I strongly recommend being in a cutting period and consuming lots of water.
