Appeal is just everything that makes you attractive to woman(Face,height,body,voice etc.) it is also known as SMV(Sexual Market Value)
Most tiktokcels confuse appeal with men with less dimorphic features and that is just completly wrong. If someone has "appeal" to woman, they are high in the PSL scale too.
