Anybody know any appetite suppressant? If I don’t limit myself (for example, on my birthday) I ate 4300 calories, however my maintenance is 2700, and I eat 2k a day. It’s really hard to control myself and I was wondering if anyone knew any foods that will stop making me hungry (or like a supplement)
