The key is to fly under the radar at your workplace. Avoid being "that guy".
-Come to your workplace on time and leave the place on time.
-Do only what you've been assigned and do well within time.
-Never show-off your skills to anyone unless it's called for.
-Avoid any confrontation with anyone.
-Avoid gossip , drama , politics or anything "hot" like plague. "Safe" topics like weather , festival or football are great if you don't know what to talk in a small talk
-Be polite to everyone even the lowest status guy.
-Never give advice or comment unless they ask you.
-Use a seperate social media account
-Hangout after work if they ask you , this will make them think you're normal. Avoiding an invitation will only make you stick out like a nail. But always tell them you can't stay after xxxx pm or am. When the time comes say good bye and leave the scene immediately.
-Leave your works at their place including drama, what your boss has told you. ....write it down in a piece of paper or electronics device and keep it in your bag. Stop internalizing everything as soon as you leave the door.
-Never read any email after work. If it's emergency they should call you instead.
-Reveal your personal life only what you want them to know. These informations may come back to bite you later
