Aqualyx=bloat & inflammation

I'm back here. I applied Aqualyx with insulin syringes to my nasolabial folds with a dose of 0.05 ml for each injection. Obviously, the area treated increased in volume when I injected. But no sign of bloating or inflammation I have the impression that Aqualyx is a fake I just have an increase in normal volume on my nasolabial because there is always a liquid that floats when I press it just hurts a little but I feel it

It's only been a day since I applied it, and I'm frustrated because I don't have the symptoms that everyone else has, such as bloating and inflammation.
