How do you deal with this shit?

I haven't done it yet, but before I do it I need to find out how to deal with the bloating. What do I tell people? How often do I go out? How long does it last?

This is probably the most annoying thing to deal with.

Do it when you don't need to go out or just say day you got into a fight with 2 dudes so you can larp your bloat.

It’s not bloating, it’s fucking extreme swelling. You’ll look like a fucking chipmunk for at least five days, then it starts to go down. After 10 days to two weeks, it’s pretty much all gone. When I did it, I went to school wearing a mask (Covidmaxxing) and said I’d had an allergic reaction to a medication. The only thing you can do is wait 48 hours, then apply ice, perform lymphatic drainage massages, and take anti-inflammatory medication after 3 days. Don’t do this sooner, because inflammation helps eliminate dead cells. Limiting inflammation at the start will only make the process take much longer
