AQUALYX GUIDE FOR MALAR PAD
INFO: The Malar Pad is the area of the cheek fat that sits right below your cheek bone , it's the fat that rises up when you smile. It is an underrated part of losing face fat and for me I think necessary when doing aqualyx if you apply to having heavy malar pads.
Materials For Malar Pad

Dosing
Max 3ml or 300 units of Aqualyx per malar pad (very simple).
Because the malar pad carries such a short area for you to safely inject its best maximum option is to do 6 points (heavier fat pads may be applicable to doing more)
Dosing a total of 0.5 per point 6 different times on both sides of your cheek, (example)
Step 1: Wash face,, apply lidocaine cream ( wait 30 min and remove.), clean off lidocaine
cream, sterilize and clean your face with alcohol pads, and lastly sterilize your Aqualyx vial with prep pad and inject 1ml liquid lidocaine inside the aqualyx vial and slowly roll till its dissolved. ( follow in that order )
Step 2: mark your 4-6 points spaced 1cm to 1.5 cm apart. Do this per malar pad and follow the anatomy of YOUR fat pads. Everyone has different facial anatomy so assess accordingly some people can do 4 others can do 8 etc
As the pictures below state here are both sides of the face of the safe box borders to doing the malar pad , make sure to stay below your cheekbones and feel for the fat, a trick I learned is to smile with no teeth and feel around your face
HOW TO DOSE LIQUID LIDOCAINE:
If you have decided to use liquid lidocaine its a better numbing solution to the cream because the cream doesnt really help. The only pain you will feel is upon injection when the Aqualyx is actually injecting inside of you. Using liquid lidocaine you mix the solution into the dissolver at a exact measurement to not mess up the purity of it. I’ve done both creams and liquid lido and I recommend Liquid Lido
You want to dose
1ml for every 8ml vial (Simple) - This is the safe sweet spot to not fuck the purity up and still maintain full effects of aqualyx people who say otherwise have not tried it themselves.
IMPORTANT Disclaimer
Injecting aqualyx in the malar pad is very complex and needs the right equipment with correct markings around them. Although it is fairly easy in the SubQ Cheek/Buccal this is a little different. However upon doing more research if you want to go the fully safe route then use the 2mm mesotherapy pen it will still dissolve in the fat but the malar pads are heavy fat pads which resulting with multiple sessions to see results
Hope this tutorial helped the malar pads are tricky but I promise you it can be done.
