homie gyno isnt fat, its a lump of tissue, you'll just be fucking up your chest fat distribution, just save up for a surgery its very worth it

i have got both psuedo and glandular gyno , trying to see what happens with just aqualyx some ppl have been saying it helps with some glandular gyno too. The surgery would be on my bucket list but at the bottom

I had stage 1 glandular gyno for 3 years, really fucked up with my body self image, but I got surgery In the middle of 2025, when I tell you my whole life changed after that surgery

it should be a priority for you honestly. but tbh I got the surgery for free by a really good surgeon

I agree its important but face > body and mine isn't as bad although i hate the nipples sticking out of shirts that contour my muscles better

won't work my T/E ratios are fine and im not on steroids this is just something i have had since puberty that never went away(prolly cuz i was a fat shit for a long time)

Gyno is mammal tissue
which means aqualyx wont do shit since it isnt fat.

surgeons litteraly open ur chest and cut out the mammal tissue they dont just melt it

I'm actually curious about this myself. I developed gynecomastia during puberty, and ended up getting the double mastectomy to remove the glands. Years have passed since this surgery, but since the wounds have healed, I still notice a slight puffiness to my nipples, and I have been wondering if injecting Aqualyx would remove any of the extra fat. The gland is removed, but I don't know. I am insecure about my nipples showing through my shirt and ruining the aesthetic chest I have built. I do have 8 bottles of Aqualyx, so maybe that is something I will experiment with too.

I did it a few day ago my chest is bloated + puffy I'm doing a lot of walking drinking water to help my system drain the fat out on day 3 supposedly week 2 is when you will see the results

Going to probably do underneath the chin too
