Aqualyx, how do you tell if you should use it or not?

I’ve been reading threads about Aqualyx and how you should not use it if you have stretchy fat, though you should if you have stubborn fat (unable to stretch) was curious as to if anyone could who has used Aqualyx or has a lot of information could tell me whether or not I should hop on. I’m fairly skinny 6ft 155 but I still have baby fat on my skin .
