Did my first aqualyx session last night, 2ml per cheek 0.3ml per jowl 2.5ml under chin, the swelling is so bad , I told my sister I was doing it and she’s the only person who has saw my face today, I said I was sick and stayed in my room all day , gonna do the same tmrw but it’s so hard to navigate around the house trying to get food etc this is brutal, any good excuses on why I look like a chipmunk ?

if you are above 18 just say u got ur wisdom teeth removed or something idk lol

if they wouldn't know better that may work or just say you got something on your face that really irritated it like allergic reaction to something if u have allergies

try to rot in room as much as possible, sneak out of window if need to leave

Ask ur sister to get u an ice pack and an anti inflammatory cream - use the cream the next morning and use the ice pack for like 10m before going out of ur room. Then larp something small like minor swelling from smthn

after 36-48 hours have passed, start massaging it for prolonged periods to time, and the swelling will lessen to become less extreme

Only for a bit but yeah so do it before u leave ur room to get food but the swelling will prolly come back in an hour or so
