you have to use a fuck ton and prob cook your kidneys. Its best for small fat deposits.

no the excretion of the dead fat cells is not the best on your kidneys. Youd have to use a lot more to make a dent in large areas of fat therefore putting more stress on kidneys. For small fat pads even a little reduction will be visable.
