I remember watching a scene from a documentary about Yemen and some boys were yelling at a girl who reached puberty for refusing to wear a veil. Then they explained to the camera that women are corrupt to the core. It's simply accepted in their culture that if you don't control the instincts of women, extreme hypergamy and degeneracy takes over.
