What supplements aren't cope and actually positively affect your looks and health? (if any😂)

thanks for putting me in coach, vitamin k2+d3, vitamin c, collagen, magnesium, and calcium, iron bisglycinate work wonders

The inly one I took that had some noticeable effect were vitamin d and creatine. I was able to pump out 1-3 extra reps on average with creatine. I had issues with sleep due to being on night shift, so the vitamin d helped fix my sleep issues. Fish oil and ashwanga are all cope.
