-using the functional matrix theory(google i aint gonna explain this here)
-making sure you don't have deficiencies
-non sedentary lifestyle
-lots of sunlight
-lean bulk during growth spurts
-9+ hours of high quality sleep
-perfect circadian rhythm
-low stress
-sprints too maybe
-healthy mother during pregnancy and nursing
Stretching is cope probably

Yea sorry they dint work if your growth plates are closed, you can try roping and not typing cope in my thread
