This guy has klinefelters syndrome, meaning he has an extra X chromosome and thereby has chronically low test levels. Despite this, he has a broad square chin, prominent browbone, and a wide nasal base. Test probably doesn’t have any impact of facial masculinity. It’s all genetics. Masculine looking parents = masculine looking children
