I'm confused about the ethnic origin of Arabs. Are they really just white caucasians who mixed with Africans over a long period of time and resulted in a stable blend?

No, Arabs are 100 Eurasian. Only Yemen has decent amount of African blood.

It is said they originate from Yemen. Not sure if this true. Thoughts? @emeraldglass

No, bullshit, Arabs are Semitic people, they have nothing to do with Africans

They are half curries

Yes, Ishmaelites (so-called Arabs) are mixed with Edomite (so-called White).

Lisaan Al Arab, Chapter 7 page 17

”Soon the Buqaan of Shaam (mixed children from the slave women) will seek to rule you “what is meant here Is the Arabs’ slaves and slave soldiers, they are called that because of their mixed colour, as whiteness and yellowness is the dominant colour amongst them. Al Qutaibi said: “The buq’aan are those who have blackness and whiteness, it is not said abq’a to one who is white without blackness mixed with it, and the meaning is that the Arabs with marry the Roman slave girls then their offspring will rule over shaam and their offspring ( بقعان) together between 👉BLACKNESS of the Arab (Fathers) and 👉the whiteness of their Roman (mothers👈).” And 👉they are from the Arabs and they are BLACK and from 👉the people of Rome, they are white👈. And 👉the Arabs never married the Romans before this and the slaves of the Arabs were red skinned👈. And the Arabs say “The black and the redcame to me, meaning the Arab and the Ajam. He didn’t intend to mean that the children of the slaves are from the Arabs are Buqi’ like the Buqi’ of the crow. He meant that they (the buq’aan) took from the blackness of their fathers (the Arabs) and the whiteness of their mothers (the Romans).’’

Black Ishmaelite men were having mixed children with their Edomite female slaves and the majority of the Ishmaelites became mixed but the original black Ishmaelites still exists though,

True the original arabs are from Yemen.

Medieval Arab genealogists divided Arabs into three groups:

"Ancient Arabs", tribes that had vanished or been destroyed, such as ʿĀd and Thamud, often mentioned in the Quran as examples of God's power to destroy those who did not believe and follow their prophets and messengers.

Southern Arabia, descending from Qahtan son of Eber (ʿĀbir). Some of the Qahtanites (Qahtanis) are said to have migrated from the land of Yemen following the destruction of the Marib Dam (sadd Ma'rib)

The "Northern Arabs" descending from Ishmael the elder son of Abraham through his descendant Adnan. Such as the ancient tribe of Hawazin, or the modern-day tribes of Otaibah and Mutayr.

That’s interesting! So not all Arabs descend from Ismael but rather the Northern Arabs? Have you considered taking a DNA test by the way? Or are you uninterested in those.

I descend from the Prophet through my mother's side, I know my ancestors down to the Prophet. From the prophet his ancestors are known again down to Adam.

Interesting! We are going to need your DNA to expose all the so-called Syeds and Qureshis of Pakistan. They claim Arabic heritage but they don’t look different from the average Vignesh. 🤔

There are descendants of the prophet in Pakistan 100%, but they must be able to prove it with their family history. I can now name everyone for you from my ancestors to Hassan and then Ali and Fatima and then the Prophet.

So they’re not LARPing? I always chuckle in the back of my head whenever a Pakistani goes “I am a Syed,” or “I am a Qureshi.” Syed comes from sayyid. Qureshi comes from Quraish.

I can’t even go back 200 years ago meanwhile you can go back at least 1400 years. Mirin akhi.

It's only because I'm descended from the prophet. If you asked me to name ancestors from my father's side 300 years ago, I wouldn't be able to do it either.

No archeological or Islamic manuscript evidence (including the Qur'an) can verify the ancestry of Muhammad and prove his genealogical descent from Ishmael.

wouldn’t that mean you come from the house of hashem/بنو هاشم?

Perhaps a DNA test is in order? You could get an idea of how and what.

Can we label them as mushrikeen though? It’s not like they have deities, do they? I could be wrong. I know China does have cities dedicated to “gods.” Why are you not devout? I think you would gain more credits if you were to be more devout. By taking your lineage seriously, you should also start becoming devout. That would be the best.

reverted to islam recently after having left for most of my life so im still getting the hang of it i guess.

learning about my family history (which was only somewhat recent btw) has definitely made me more devout though, but i try not to take it TOO seriously bc tribalism is retarded and haram anyways iirc.

from Adnan to Ismail, the exact lineage is disputed. There are many different records, there are two prevailing theories about which son of Ismail Adnan is descended from. The first is that he was descended from Qedar. The second theory is that he was descended from Nabut, the eldest son.
