Are big arms purely genetic just like frame is?

Ive bulked and trained for a while and my biceps are still mid. Does a guy like shizzy just naturally have big arms and just needs a pump to look insane?

Big wrists allow for big forearms and big elbow joints allow for big upper arms.Of course insertions play a role into this as well.

However arm size isn’t as ‘capped’ by genetics as the chest which can vary greatly based on things like size of rib cage and sternum

If you have small wrists then yes it’s harder to get big arms unless you roid.

That’s why I never understand why people think ectomorph bs is a myth. People clearly have different body types from genetics.

Depends if you are limb dominant or torso dominant, ecto/meso/endo morph, androgen receptors distribution etc. David laid generally looks like he lifts in normal lighting despite being way smaller, however the fagan twins are legit dyel twinks unless they use pump products etc.
