trying to get bigger but I don't wanna stunt my growth.. I still lift weights but I feel as if I've stopped growing and I hope I have not(only 6'0 155lbs)

Your 14 your still gonna grow dw your height growth isn’t a linear curve u might not grow for a bit then grow alot randomly if ur that worried js track ur height everyday and see what happensI've been lifting for around 1.5 years and my growth has virtually stopped. lifting for 1.5 years and I'd say I starting taking the gym seriously about 8 months ago... my form is optimal and I do the optimal workouts that fit my goals and for most of my lifting journey my form was mid, not ever really shit. overall I dont believe that shit form could ever have affected anything for me personally. Thanks for the reassurance and knowledgeunless you have shit form and posture while lifting weights, it's not the gym
