Bands will recess you which depends on the orthofaggot to force you to wear it or you won’t get your braces off = more money off you.
Braces and retainers don’t seem to cause much of a problem and it might fix asymmetry.

so if they don’t put on bands = I should get braces, if they put on bands = I shouldn’t. I have a deepbite and overbite and they said only bands would fix that

Bands will do more than fix a deep bite and overbite. They will align your bite as a result makes your palate and maxilla narrow and your zygos to be recessed.
Also it’s pretty common for people to have deep bite and overbites and I think Invisalign alone can fix one

The honest answer imo is braces don't affect Chad. His maxilla and mandible are destined to be forward grown.

But for most ppl braces might negatively effect you especially in growing years
