Semi-temporary if you stop chewing for a prolonged period of time.

Not sure about bone growth in mandible. I myself have not seen any change in bone growth after 3 months of chewing, but it gave me hollow cheeks. Keep in mind, having a forward grown face may effect the appearance of a developed masseter muscle.

Tennis players grow their wrist over the years. In theory yes it could grow bone but it takes years. You will look bolted from the masseter muscle growing before you can see any bone growth so idk

I’m considering chewing some Falim gum for the next three years (16 btw), and I have a decently forwardly grown face. Will it give me hollows if at a low bf%? Are you also saying that forward grown faces make the massester muscle less or more pronounced?
