I wouldn't recommend you do them, they tank my mental clarity when I don't have them

It will become worse overtime so don't do it, plus you will spend money to buy cigarettes a lot

if i find it i will but please just use your brain, vitamin b3 is called nicotinic acid ffs, nicotine binds to acetyl choline receptors which are esential for brain function, high acetyl choline activity correlates with prevention of neurodegenerative diseases like alzheimers, look at the molecular strucutre of vit b3 and nicotine, its the fucking same, its never been once shown for nicotine to cause addiction or lung cancer, never fucking once, nicotine is non addictive, all the ppl addicted to cigarettes are addicted to the other drugs they add which are indeed addicitive and the lung cancer also comes from things like literal tar which is in cigarrettes but not in cigarillos

they call nicotine a cholinergic neurotoxin like nigger?? a cholinergic neuro toxin would be a chemical that prevents choline (like all ssri and snri btw those are anto cholinergic) nicotine literally is the opposite of a ccholinergic neurotoxin, thats like saying testosterone is an androgenic toxin????? zero logic

Skill issue. Op you should smoke as many cigs as you can because they make your voice deeper

It made me super lean facially but I definitely lost collagen + it doesn't make your voice deeper but it definitely makes it raspier
