Yk those clamp tools ppl put on their growth plates to force lateral load which they claim works for height? Anyone tried it before?

Pretty sure the method is called LSJL and it uses a tool that puts pressure onto knees and other parts to force some kind of growth

They wont work . No idea what they are but all they're doing is pulling on your legs a bit they arent going to form new bone. U can check out other methods like hgh and stuff like that
