Cold water can have hair benefits tho. Sometimes I don’t wash my hair until the end of the shower with the coldest water. Kinda helps idk.
Hot showers aren’t a drug tho don’t withhold from taking them.

combination showers are great for bloating, my face is always 80% debloated in the morning after taking a long and hot shower and then switching the temperature to cold for the last thirty-sixty seconds of my shower, it DOES spike my cortisol a little bit as it sends your body into panic mode, therefore, flushing out most of your fluids.
