are compounds genuinely worth the risk for something as simple as leanmaxxing

was quickly tryna find threads about leanmaxxing and fat loss in general, but it seems like everyone doesn't like the simple caloric deficit as it takes so long and may fuck up hormones, and instead promotes retratuide, semaglutide, tirzepatide, and other GLP-1 antagonists and DNP, etc

i mean, these compounds seem effective and are probably an easy solution but is it worth the risk? I'm 17 and the fat/bloat is a falio for me
i'm slightly convinced by 200mg of DNP since apparently there's barely any side effects and it'll significantly accelerate fat loss, but i dont see why someone like me would need that when i just wanna drop 5kg, which can be achieved in 1 month by a 750 - 1000 calorie deficit.

thoughts? is it a decent idea looking into drugs/compounds if they're really not all bad

nigger just go into a caloric deficit you dont need anything else, if you cant do something as simple as a cut then why are you even considering things like reta

If it was easy weight loss wouldnt be a billion dollars industry

It take MONTHS of low energy, fucked hormones and delayed gratification to get single digit bodyfat

No its not worth it. You have to by the DNP online unregulated and so its not dosed consistantly so its easy to od. IDK where you read DNP barely has sides. Its one of the worst for sides.

Just start walking more serious. Its low impact on your joints and doesn't require allot of cns/muscle recovery so its the best fat loss method. Lower calories and then walk more and you will drop fat.

Also id do it slower then being so drastic as to lower calories by 1k..

It doesn't take long to lose fat tbh unless somebody is a real fat slob to begin with
