are dark eyebags good?

i have insanely reccsed infras to the point where its giving me droopy lower eyelid that can be seen from miles, is there anything i can do to fix it? ive seen some people pull off eyebags and dark circles

Idk, Im white and have bright blue eyes so maybe it’s the contrast?

Only a small number of people can pull them off. Depending on the severity, they can usually be fruaded with makeup, a permanent fix for severe recession is infraorbital-malar implants
