It's a softmax comparable to laser treatments like fraxel and the results don't last forever, although modern HA fillers last up to 18 months or more which is almost as good as having an implant there.

Modern fillers are very safe and have little to no downsides as long as only pure hyaluronic acid is injected.

I would never do botox, because in the long term it will cause lost muscle tissue in that area of the face leading to a very 'Bogdanoffed' face 5-10 years down the line even if it looks good today.

An implant would be a hardmax. That includes hair transplants (whereas Minoxidil would be a softmax).

A hardmax is a new material introduced to your body by a surgeon (or a reduction done surgically, like gyno removal, buccal fat removal, rhinoplasty, dumbo ear removal and so on)
