Are energy drinks and coffee bad?

there is this one family I know and they are super about heath, like no ramen, soy, energy drinks, and stuff, dad makes them work out, and all of there kids are models not like they just look like it but actually models, and I know another family that is pretty unhealthy and the oldest is drinking 3 monsters a day and said the most he has ever had was 12 in one day also he used to be a vape a and sell drugs pretty sure that he did them if he was selling them but the point it he is 5.5 at 18 and the other family mogs and all sit around the sit foot height.
