title, i was asking since i noticed that after carring cases of water and groceries my clavicles were sore as fuck, so its makes senze for them to grow to absorb and dristribute force better, what are your thought?
 
I used to do them, but they are harmful to your spine long-term and they will also grow your traps so if you already have big unproportional traps don't do.

but did you get longer clavicles plus did you use th right form man?
watced videos and they are safe, safer than deadlifts and actualy train your spina erectors, as far as the traps, my upper traps dont have good insertions so they dont look bulky
 
Genetics but u can do ahoulder real delt and lats to make it appear wider

i mean at the gym they told me i have great shoulder genetics and sure i have wide clavicles, but you ca get always better right?
