Are fat grafts enough

Are fat grafts enough to fix my eye area? Or would I need implants? Or maybe some other surgery?

ESR ~45%
One eye apart ~1.05
EAR a bit over 3, I think mainly because my upper eyelid is very droopy
canthal tilt I’m pretty sure it’s ideal

My pfl looks a bit low because my skull is overly wide so any way to increase my pfl would be good too

Still better than my eye area. Planning on getting fat grafts too and yes it will be enough

he will know what to do mate, its clear you have eyebags and theyre just gonna volumise your undereye area so you dont have bags anymore

Would some type of surgery to raise the upper eyelid be good?

If I can raise my upper eyelid (lowering EAR), I'll have some clearance to increase pfl (however possible that is)
