Natty. I've been training a bit on-off though, but at one point I was doing 220lbs OHP (without any momentum) for 2-3 reps. My shoulders were crazy strong, my bench wasn't that strong. Was benching around 360lbs.

I was never lean though, always carried a decent amount of bodyfat, maybe that's the issue. But shirts covered my belly decently well, idk if I'd look that much better by cutting. I'd look better shirtless, but with a shirt, doubt it tbh.

Most people you see IRL, at university and even at the gym, doesn't even look like they lift. Even through a t-shirt. With me you could see it through a shirt, sweater, and maybe even a jacket. You could immediately tell from looking at me that I'm a gymcel and that I lift a shit ton of weight.

I agree with this, but I also think it's a bit overstated. You can actually add some decent mass +strength with natty lifting, only problem is if you cut down to low bf%.

Roids isn't worth it. It isn't worth it to sacrifice your health for a few more matches on tinder.
