Fillers mog implants in regard to the jaw if you’re considering silicone though

Just looks like your jaw. Doesn’t look like either of those things. It’s placed in the jaw and hardens in place shortly after. Then very slowly dissolves.

Fillers create better sharpness, but if you need a lot of augmentation, then get implants first, and if necessary, touch up with fillers for sharpness.
