Are growths spurts hereditary?

i am 5’6 at 15

Dad 6’2 final height

He was around my height at my age and didn’t growth that much from 13-16

then at 16-18 he grew to 6’2

Wondering if this growth spurt pattern would be hereditary and i could have inherited it?

Btw i have inherited a lot more of my fathers genes than mothers (mother 5’1 - 5’2) very short growing up, short legs, i was average with longer legs like my father

5'2 + 6'2 : 2 + 4 = 6'1

Prob not. My dad was only 178cm till 16 and grew to 191cm from 16-18. And I was already 183cm at 13 and currently 191cm. But cant say anything since im not 17 yet but I would guess that it differs from person to person and that its mostly luck involved

Just say that u wanna know if u will grow more or not. Its not that deep tbh any kid/teen would want to know that. Most ppl just dont knlw its possible

You probably won't grow very tall, use HGH to get a little closer to your father's height.
