Most results look ass and also can you even have long hair with it? people seem to just keep short hair after a transplant

cause his balding is nothing , literally just nw3 (not even vertex) with perfect donor areaIt seems like you need at least two to have decent results.
Wondering how his transplant was so good ? @NZb6Air
Is it not more than Nw3? Here’s another photo.cause his balding is nothing , literally just nw3 (not even vertex) with perfect donor area
same reason niggaIs it not more than Nw3? Here’s another photo.
What about Elon Musk’s HT? How is this one so good ? Multiple HTs? Some technique I don’t know about ?
cause it's giga well glued lol it doesnt come off even if u deep dive
nw3 is nothing? to even get to this point you need to be insanely retarded and neglectful. what is actual balding then? norwood 5?6? no surgeon considers this to be fully saveablecause his balding is nothing , literally just nw3 (not even vertex) with perfect donor area
Seems like you can only go back 2 Norwood steps even with the best hair transplants.nw3 is nothing? to even get to this point you need to be insanely retarded and neglectful. what is actual balding then? norwood 5?6? no surgeon considers this to be fully saveable
but pls go ahead and have a bald head with an artificial lawn glued to it, probably doesnt matter if you wont feel the touch of women there anyway
yes but people think its some black magic that makes hair appear on your scalp from nowhere. its literally just moving hair from one place to another so you need to have perspective and be realistic instead of calling it a scam because it doesnt magically give you perfect hairline from norwood 6Seems like you can only go back 2 Norwood steps even with the best hair transplants.
so getting a ht is ideal at nw2?Norwood 3 is generally the cutoff point of what we would consider to be an aesthetic result.
Transplants can only 'safely' be done at 50fu/sqcm in one operation, which is about 2/3rds or natural density. Most people who are able to stabilize their loss get a second transplant years after the first to refine and reinforce their transplanted hairline.
In general your donor has about 6kish grafts to extract before it becomes depleted (less than 50fu/sqcm).
I would say the sweet spot would be norwood 2-3. I went from nw3 to nw0-1 without temple peak work with 3k grafts, but I have a high hairline, long face. If people are looking for the squared=off aggressive look its more, of course - the more you lower the more grafts you invest.so getting a ht is ideal at nw2?
You could push it to nw4 if you have a good donor areaNorwood 3 is generally the cutoff point of what we would consider to be an aesthetic result.

Of course, hair type variables such as wavy, thick hair diameter, plethora of 3-4 hair FU's in the donor push the restorative aspects higher absolutely. You could push it to nw4 if you have a good donor area
