Are haircut's and line up's cope ?

I see haircut's where the barber line up's their hairline and was wondering if this is cope/frauding ?

sometimes yes sometimes no. depends on your head shape and ethnicity. the problem is that you need to do this every week to make it look good and it can make you look tryhard.

true lineups are so obviously done and the hair grows back i nthat spot im asian so i might just grow my hair out for a middle part or brush back
