I have been playing Bloodborne for the past few days and every time I fight a boss my heart beats like crazy, this can't be good for my cortisol, right?

No, it’s terrible for your cortisol. Video games are un nessecary sources of stress

Playing hard games is high T trait. Only pussies play on lowest difficulty and only handicapped faggots cannot play dark souls / bloodborne. Keep fighting and be high T, bloodborne is one of the best games ever made for ps4.

its good. if you are good

i hate dark sous and bloodborne. im good at it but its so slow and boring. also, its tryhard gore to the point it looks stupid

I already beat the game. Ludwig, Orphan and Laurence aged me 10 years at least.

losing at video games would spike your cortisol but in the short term winning would spike your testosterone.
even a deluded gamer who thinks he is in denial that he is bad at the game and eluded himself into thinking he is good will have increased

Never played Mount and Blade Warband then

Only masochists play on high difficulty (if you go the warrior/archer way)
