yeah that explains it lmao, the problem with headphones isnt bluetooth because those waves affect you from everything around you, literally anything electronic transmits some sort of wave

but too much of a good thing overtime becomes a bad thing, the same applies to headphones, just dont use them for the majority of your day and you'll be ok

i highly doubt headphones are gonna do anything to you, at most you’ll have a headset dent, in that case just use earbuds

There was a study that was conducted in 2023; it determined that utilizing internal hearing devices (earbuds, AirPods, headphone etc) all led to a decrease in testosterone. Be wary, as otherwise you may lose bone mass and become recessed
